Additionally, Terminal Services (Windows 2000) or SSH (Solaris and Linux) are provided to allow you to control your server remotely, whilst Pipex manage your server infrastructure, network connectivity, power redundancy and save you the initial set-up costs.

The Dedicated Server Hosting comes complete with full weekly backup of selected files plus daily backup of incremental changes. If disaster does strike, Pipex can restore specific files to your server on request.

NetsiteHost server colocation programme (Silver)

Colocation allows you to integrate your own server with our network servers. You can either provide us with your existing server or purchase a new server from our hardware partner, and we'll provide you with the rack space and bandwidth to meet your needs.

Simply bring in your server and connect to our high-speed digital network. We'll assign an IP address and run DNS for you at a fraction of what it would cost to maintain your own dedicated connection. We'll also monitor your server's connectivity to the Internet around the clock. With remote access applications like PCAnywhere, you can perform all the tasks necessary to maintain your server.

Physical security is impressive. NetsiteHost's location is within The Historic Dockyard in Chatham, Kent where the entire site is manned round the clock by security guards and CCTV. Additional security is offered by RedCARE, BT's secure alarm-signalling network.
