before committing to purchase a service.

NetsiteHost provides web hosting and email services. NetsiteHost
reserves the right to suspend or cancel any client's access
to any portion or all of NetsiteHost services, when NetsiteHost
deems that the account has been used inappropriately. NetsiteHost
reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its
servers to anyone.
The following activities and material are not permitted:

Using hosting services in any manner that is illegal
or libelous. |

Circumventing security measures or interference with
the services of another user, host, or network. |

Storing or distributing material that infringes an owner's
copyright, trademark or patent. |

Use of unlicensed software. |
 |
Sending unsolicited commercial email, otherwise known
as "SPAM". |

Internet Relay Chat servers. |
 |
Sites engaged in obscene content and using NetsiteHost's
network to advertise, transmit, store, post, display,
or otherwise make available child pornography or obscene
content. NetsiteHost will notify law enforcement agencies
if it becomes aware of the presence of child pornography
on or being transmitted through it's network. The determination
of what is "obscene" and prohibited shall be solely made
by NetsiteHost. |

Warez including but not limited to storing and/or distributing
illegal copies of copyrighted software. |

Hosting sites promoted by means of email or newsgroup
spamming. |
 |
Unauthorised monitoring of data or traffic on any system. |
 |
Interference with internet services, including attacks
by mass mailing and flooding. |
 |
Transmission of any material that threatens or encourages
harm or destruction of property. |

Transmission of any material that harasses another person
or posting of defamatory, scandalous, or private information
about a person or organisationwithout their consent. .

Making fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items,
or services. |

Activities amounting to forgery or impersonation. |
Any breaches of this Policy should be reported to abuse@netsite.co.uk
and the entire posting, together with the full headers, should
be forwarded. Although it is not always possible to respond
to each abuse report, all complaints will be investigated
thoroughly. |
